The tuition fee of $675.00 and covers full lodging, meals, snacks and training materials. A $200.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit reserves your place, with the balance due no later than four weeks prior to the weekend date. We will refund your paid fee (less the $200.00 deposit) if we receive your cancellation notice in writing no less than 21 working days prior to the first day of the weekend for which you have paid. If cancelled after that time, your paid fee (less the $200.00 deposit) will be transferred to another weekend of your choice within one year of your initial registration. A NO-SHOW WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE FORFEITS THE ENTIRE TUITION.

_{A woman who truly cannot afford the Weekend fee may request financial assistance from Women Worldwide West Coast, Inc. Our Financial Assistance Policy is to honor and acknowledge a woman's request for assistance and provide partial financial aid to a limited number of women each weekend. The process is: submit the Registration form and required deposit; write a letter in which you state your need for financial assistance (income v. outflow, job situation, etc.), and how you think your life will be different following the training; and submit your letter to scholarships@ww-wc.org.
