MORE STAFF NEEDED FOR RAMONA WEEKEND!

Would you like to sit in a big circle of empowered women this November? Are you kicking yourself for not applying to staff in Ramona? Well, if so, you're in luck!

We are in need of more staff for the November 14-16 weekend in Ramona, CA (staff arrives November 13). We have had some staff drop out and are understaffed for the weekend now. We REALLY need you!!! It is essential that some more women step up, and we are asking anyone who might be available to contact Carol Wright at coachwrightnc@gmail.com asap. 

We promise extra hugs and the finest in camp food (YUM) for any woman who signs up in response to this message.

For San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles women, this is a great opportunity to staff within driving distance of home. The San Diego weekends typically have a waiting list for staff, so this situation is unusual. Take advantage of it and join us, please! And if you live farther away and would like to fly in, we will be thrilled to have you.

The training is completely full of participants and has a waiting list. This is going to be a great weekend! Come be a part of it!  

Could you be our next Director of Community Relations?

We wish Julie Baker well as she leaves her position; we will miss her. And now we are searching for her replacement - could it be you? The Director of Community Relations serves as Board liaison to the communities and women within those areas served. She responds to inquiries and requests from WW graduates regarding community activities, concerns, or needed support. The term of office begins immediately. CANCELLED - "Women Empowering Women" in Mill Valley

WEW (Women Empowering Women) in Mill Valley has been cancelled due to low enrollment. We plan to present WEW in Southern California in early 2009.

"Parents As Guides" workshop has been cancelled

Due to lack of enrollment, Marsha Marsh's Parents as Guides workshop will not be coming to San Diego in March, but we aren't giving up on bringing this training to our region in 2008! If you are interested in learning how to "watch our children navigate their lives (without being) reactive to their choices" and "make the personal changes that are necessary to create healthy relationships with our children," please send an email to Becca Linekin at mailto:doc@ww-wc.org. In your email, please specify when during the year you would and would not be able to attend. And stay tuned for a new workshop date.
